LEAP – Linking Employment, Achievement and Potential The LEAP programme has been especially designed for Young People across Teesside, aged 16-24. It’s a short 6 week course that provides students with a vocational qualification, work experience and a guaranteed Apprenticeship Interview. Courses run throughout the year with and have a focus on different vocational areas.
