Brewlab, an internationally recognised provider of services to the brewing and beverage industry provides a range of specialist training courses ranging from programmes for those trying brewing for the first time through to the training of professional brewers looking to maintain and update their skills and knowledge up. Brewlab provide a number of Quality Mark Endorsed Programmes, and these include:

The Brewlab Certificate in Practical Brewing. A three- week residential programme which provides the knowledge and skills required to brew commercially plus knowledge and understanding of the commercial business frameworks associated with the setting up and operating a successful brewing business.

The Brewlab Diploma in British Brewing Technology, A nine-week residential course. A very comprehensive programme of learning which provides the knowledge and skills essential to become a professional brewer. This programme is particularly suited to those seeking to gain employment in the industry and also for those looking to set up or establish a commercial microbrewery. Again, this programme aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to understand the commercial business frameworks associated with setting up and operating a successful brewing business.

  

Both programmes incorporate aspects of brewing theory and processes, practical brewing and placements, field trips, flavour evaluation, quality analysis and business.

The courses are tutored by industry specialists with a wealth of expertise and experience in their fields.

More than 250 students have now been certificated since Brewlab first achieved the Quality Mark.
