One Awards Annual General Meeting

One Awards held our Annual General Meeting on 24th May 2019.The event titled 'Building Skills for a Productive Society' brought together recognised centres, One Awards Staff, Trustees and stakeholders.
Fabienne Bailey, Managing Director of One Awards welcomed attendees, provided an overview of the previous years achievements, reflected upon feedback from recent Stakeholder Engagement Surveys and provided an insight into plans for the coming year.
Graham Hasting-Evans, NOCN Group Managing Director gave a presentation on 'Skills to Drive a Productive Society' along with developments along with developments within the NOCN Group.
Updates were also provided by Wendy Starks from Tees Valley Combined Authority and Joyce McCarty from North of Tyne Combined Authority. Each provided an insight on their current progress and priorities in the devolution of Adult Skills Budget in each area.
