Important Changes to Certificate Sorting for NOCN Qualifications
10th November 2015 Date of publication
We are always looking for ways to improve our services and are always very happy to receive feedback from you regarding what we do. Recently we contacted a number of you, to ask for your thoughts on how we might improve our processes to help you with your day-to-day activities with One Awards.
As a result of this, we are pleased to announce that we are now implementing a change that has been mentioned on several occasions. From 4th November 2015, all NOCN certificates issued will no longer be sorted in the order of unit certificates in one pile, and qualification certificates in another pile. Instead you will receive one pile of NOCN certificates in order of learner by surname. So, where a learner has achieved a qualification, this will now be on top of their unit certificate instead of in a separate pile. You will also receive a certificate summary sheet which will show everything for that cohort on one report.
This change will hopefully make your lives easier (less sorting and matching up of learner certificates), but please do let us know if this is the case, or if there is any other feedback you would like to provide.
If you would like further information on this please contact Stephen Collinson, Registration and Awards Officer [email protected] or 0191 518 6550.
