An exciting suite of new qualifications for 2016

The NOCN qualifications in Supporting Early Learning at Home are designed to provide knowledge and skills to parents and carers of babies and young children who may wish to continue their studies afterwards in areas related to early education and childcare.
Learners are recognised as the first educators of their babies and young children and will gain knowledge on how to support their early skills development such as early literacy, communication and language, and personal, social and emotional skills underpinned by the ORIM framework (Opportunities, Recognition, Interaction, a Model).
Listed in the 16 -19 EFA Catalogue, the qualifications are available at Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2, these 15 credit qualifications are aimed at and suitable for learners aged 16 years or over.
