One Awards' Home Achievement Academy is a new, high-quality online learning solution that has been created with the bespoke needs of social housing tenants in mind. It is easy to use, can be used offline and helps develop confidence and desire to learn more and progress towards work. Using our 25 years of experience in education and with support from Home Group, One Awards has developed a platform that offers:
- Online courses with built in assessments, badges of achievement and e-certification
- On demand vocational skills content
- Events creation for e.g. live teaching, tutorials and peer support sessions
- Virtual learning environments – Live sessions for staff to engage directly with tenant learners
This platform has been specially designed for use by social housing tenants:
- It is simple and easy to navigate
- Can be used on a range of devices including low grade mobiles
- Learning can take place offline if needed where there are connectivity issues
- Has safeguards in place
- Can be translated into different languages
- Develops confidence and desire to learn more and progress toward work.
